General

Where is my package?
We ship every package with tracking so that customers can track their own packages. You can find your tracking information in your order history information. It will be emailed to you once the item ships and you'll be able to check with USPS or UPS depending on which method of shipping you choose.

Can I place an offline order?
Unfortunately at this time we can only do orders through this site.

What's the warranty on your products?
All JAVOedge products have a 120-day warranty against defects. This warranty does not apply if the product was abused, damaged from normal wear and tear or from installation error. We do make special exceptions on a case-by-case basis as well.

Why was my order cancelled?
While we try and fulfill all orders we reserve the right to cancel any order made before it's charged or shipped. These reasons may include:
- mis-listing
- lack of stock
- issues with payment processing

Shipping

When will my order ship? How will I know what it's shipped?
We ship orders within 24 hours of their being placed Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and holidays, will be shipped the next business day. You'll receive tracking information by email once the order has shipped.

How long until my package arrives?
Please note that the below are estimates and time may change due to weather, holidays, or other conditions. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, USPS does not deliver on Sunday and as such those are not counted in these estimations.

For Domestic:
USPS Standard - 3 to 6 days
UPS Ground - 2 to 6 days
UPS 3 Day Select - 2 to 3 days
UPS Next Day - 1 to 2 days

For International
UPS Express - 3 to 7 days

Please note that all UPS packages will need to be signed for.

My package was says it was delivered but I haven't gotten the package!
If your package was marked as delivered by but not delivered please wait 3 days after since most packages are delivered within a short period of time of being marked as 'deliver'. If it still has not been delivered, please contact us.

Why was I charged sales tax?
We're located in Bellevue, WA so if you are shipping to anywhere in the state of Washington you will be charged tax for your purchase in accordance with state laws.

What happens if I put the wrong address on my order?
If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent. If your item has not yet shipped please contact us to update it asap.

Why was I charged for customs when my items was delivered?
International customers are solely responsible for all custom duties, service charges, and taxes on orders shipped to any foreign countries. JAVOedge is not responsible for any package delays or rejects due to international custom clearances. For more information regarding your country's custom policy, please contact your local customs office.

 


I refused the package/the package was sent back to your store, what now?
Any items shipped back to JAVOedge due to refusal or incorrect address via customer mistake will have their items refunded but we cannot refund the shipping as it has already been paid. If the item is shipped back due to a mistake made by JAVOedge we will reship the item at no additional charge.


Returns/Exchanges

I received a wrong item, what do I do?
If the item you received is not the item on your order form please contact us right away and we will ship you the correct item as well as pre-paid envelope for the incorrect one.

I need an exchange, what do I do?
If you would like to exchange an item for an item of the same price or lower price within 30 days of purchase simply log in to your account, find your order under "Past Orders" select the order, click "return/exchange item" and fill out the form. Please know that we can only exchange your item after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a return instead and then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and you will be refunded for the original item as soon as it reaches us.

I need a return, what do I do?
If you would like to return a product for any reason please log in to your account, find your order under "Past Orders" select the order, click "return/exchange item" and fill out the form. Please make sure that the item meets our return policy:

All product return for refund or exchange must meet the following criteria:
1. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Javoedge.com.
2. All items must be in "as-new," resalable condition and not damaged.
3. Javoedge.com may refuse a refund request if the product was returned and does not meet the above criteria.

We CANNOT accept returns under these circumstances:
1. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
2. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts
3. Any JavoScreen, the screen protector's backing that has been peeled-off, removed or used.

All returned item sent back to Javoedge.com are to be prepaid for by the customer. No COD or freight collect returns will be accepted by Javoedge.com. All shipping & return shipping fees are non-refundable. The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company – not to Javoedge.com therefore all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer credits for your site?
At this time we only offer refunds or exchanges for items and cannot honor or offer any credits.

Screen Protector

How do I install the screen protector?
Every package of JAVOedge screen protectors comes with instructions for installation but if you need additional help we have a youtube video show an installation of a screen protector. Make sure that your screen and the area you're working with are free of dust and particles.

How can I take the screen protector off?
A piece of scotch tape (office tape) goes a long way. Simply take a piece and hold onto one of it, then firmly stick the other half onto a corner of the JAVOScreen. Peel back the tape and the JAVOScreen will lift off the screen.

What do I clean the screen with?
An effective way to clean the JAVOScreen is to run it under warm soapy water (mild soap like hand soap). Now flap the JAVOScreen like a Polaroid picture to dry it off. Please note that you do not want the sticky side of the JAVOScreen exposed for prolong periods of time as it will attract unwanted dust or particles. The next step is to reapply the JAVOScreen back to your device. A few speck of water is okay, in fact it actually helps prevent air bubbles from forming.

Can the Flip/Book style cases be folded all the way back?
Yes! Our cases are made of fabric and other pliable materials so that the cover can be folded flat behind without any cracking, breaking in, or difficulties.

What is the little loop in the middle for?
The little loop in the middle of a pen holder though we've seen customers put charms on it as well.
