Order Delivery Information
We strive to ship items accurately. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. The shipping rates will automatically calculate and be displayed on the shopping cart page. All orders are shipped through United States Postal Service - USPS or UPS You will be presented with a total cost of your order, including shipping on the shopping cart page.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
The listed delivery times are not valid for International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO. Pleases understand this method will take more time due to the number of carriers the package passes through.

Packages being shipped to a Hotel address are at your OWN risk. We do not stand behind this method and charges for a lost item/shipping will be NON-refundable.

Next Day shipping is done though UPS and requires signature confirmation upon delivery.

JAVOedge has made sure that our customers have the best shipping provider at the most competitive rates. All continental US orders except Next Day, are shipped by USPS. UPS handles Next Day shipping.

All USA Orders: Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping. USPS orders (to P.O. boxes or APOs) take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Next Day shipping if placed before 1pm of purchase date, will be received the following day.

Shipping APO/FPO Military or PO Boxes Address
USPS handles APO/PO Box address shipments for domestic customers. Drop ship items or expedited shipping is not available for delivery to customers with APO/PO Box addresses.

All Canadian Orders
Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery to destination. Canadian customs sets taxes, duties and brokerage fees on commercial goods shipped to Canada. These fees will be determined at the border. GST and PST vary based on the province to which your gear is shipped and on its value.

Order Tracking Number
After the processing time of up to 24-48 business hours, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with shipping details. Your tracking number (if applicable) will be in this email. Please be sure to add info@javoedge.com to your safe email list so this email will not be blocked as spam.

Order Never Received
1. Any shipments lost in transit are the responsibility of their respective carrier. To ensure against lost or stolen packages please choose a secure location where someone will be available to take delivery of your package. Claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages must be made within 48 hours of expected delivery date. Please allow 14 days for USPS packages and up to 30 days for International orders before filing

2. If you have tracked your package and found any discrepancies in the delivery or have not received your order, please email us at order@javoedge.com with your "order reference number" so we can research the status of your package and assist in resolving the issue.

Refunding Pre-paid Shipped Charges
Javoedge will cover shipping charges to customers who needs to return our products in the following reasons below:

1. We shipped an incorrect product.
2. We shipped a broken or defective product.

Javoedge will re-ship product replacement promptly at no extra shipping cost for any inconvenience that we might have caused due to our error.
(Please Note: To receive shipping refund please ship via USPS First-Class Mail and include the shipping charges receipt in the package when sending back to JAVOedge. We WILL NOT process your shipping charges refund without a shipping receipt or if shipped via any other method.)

Sales Tax
Javoedge.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable 9.5% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Washington. WA state sales tax will be added and shown on your email confirmation for WA residents.

Same Day Shipping Service
Here at JAVOedge.com, we believe the point of shopping online is for the convenience and speed, therefore we offer same day order processing. If you place an order before 1pm PST, it will be processed and shipped out that very same day. Most online shops require a 1 to 2 business day processing period, but not here at JAVOedge.com!

Shipping Information
1. If a shipment is refused or returned due to an error in your address, you will be charged the shipping fee again for your package to be resent. Also,if we shipped an incorrect item(s) due to customer's ordering error or mistake, customer will be charged the shipping fee again for your exchanged package to be resent. Items will be reshipped via USPS First Class at the Buyers expense.

2. International customers are solely responsible for all custom duties, service charges, and taxes on orders shipped to any foreign countries. JAVOedge is not responsible for any package delays or rejects due to international custom clearances. For more information regarding your country's custom policy, please contact your local customs office.

3. Please note that it takes up to 24-48 hours after the tracking number is issued for your tracking information to be available.

4. International orders with Standard shipping will not include tracking information. It handled via USPS International and will take time to be delivered.
