Orders
1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. |

2. Will I receive order and shipment notification?
|
Once you order is placed and submitted online, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information (if available). Please make sure you input the correct email address when placing an order, or else these notifications will not reach you. |

3. I received a "Destination not supported" error message during checkout.

In such cases, please double check that you have correctly input your address. If your address is correct, it may be because your country is not supported by our international standard courier. Please choose "Express" as a shipping method. If you are still having issues, please contact order@javoedge.com . |

Shipping
1. When will my order be shipped after I've placed it?

Your order will be shipped the same day it is processed. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day. |

2. What courier did you use to ship my order?
All domestic standard orders ( USA ) will be shipped via UPS Mail Innovations with detailed tracking. Domestic Express orders will be shipped via UPS next day also with detailed tracking.
International standard orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail and does not feature tracking. International Express orders will be shipped via UPS International express which has tracking.
Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on destination. On average:

4. Do you ship to (insert your country here)?

We ship too all country's that the USA do not have embargos on. Some destinations are not supported by our international standard courier. In such cases, you will receive a "Destination not supported" error message. Please choose Express as a shipping method. |

Sales Tax
1. Do you charge sales tax?

An 9% sales tax applies to all orders shipped to WA State. The tax will be automatically calculated and included during the checkout process. |

*We cannot accept return and refunds on any JAVOScreen if the screen protector's backing has been peeled-off, removed or used. If it is our error then we will gladly offer an exchange for a new JAVOScreen.*
We cannot accept the returns of abused items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from JAVOedge.com and Amazon.com.

2. 120-day Warranty

All JAVOedge products have a 120-day warranty against defects. This warranty does not apply if the product was abused, damaged from normal wear and tear or from installation error. There are however special cases, if you feel you are in this category please contact support@javoedge.com . |
